“I've been living here for nearly 3 years and in the last year I have seen substantial changes for the good. The office staff are always friendly and eager to help when I either call or go in to speak with them. The rent is worth what you get in return. Have a HUGE apartment. “Today August 16th, 2022, This is to let Brays Oak Village know how pleased i am with the fantastic job Mr. Avelino from the Maintenance team did in my unit. I didn't think that i would've felt at home at this place. I have to tell you that he has made me a believer. The man came in with his helper and while i worked they both just walked around and fixed mostly everything that i felt needed fixing, like the counter, dishwasher and I have to say KUDOS for having such a hard worker, professional, and very knowledgeable in his field of work...He absolutely was on his game. I would recommend this Place to Live and call home to anyone. His work was exceptional. Thank you so much, and stay Blessed”
